Troubleshooting

Common Issues & Quick Fixes

Inverter is not turning on
Check: 1) Main power switch is ON 2) Battery voltage is above minimum (usually 10.5V for 12V systems) 3) All cable connections are tight 4) No blown fuses. If problem persists, WhatsApp us with a photo of the display.
Inverter keeps beeping constantly
Continuous beeping usually means low battery warning. Check battery voltage. If battery is charged but beeping continues, it may be overload (too many appliances connected) or a faulty battery cell. Reduce load first and test.
Solar panels not charging the battery
Check: 1) Solar input voltage on display (should be higher than battery voltage) 2) Solar cable connections 3) Solar charge controller settings match your battery type 4) Panel surface is clean and facing sun directly. Morning shade can reduce charging significantly.
Inverter cuts off under heavy load
This means the load exceeds the inverter's capacity. Check the watt rating of your appliances and compare with inverter output rating. AC units and motors have high startup surge — account for 3x their running wattage at startup.
Display shows error code
Take a clear photo of the error code on the display and WhatsApp it to us. We will identify the exact problem and guide you through the fix or arrange warranty service if needed.
